Salomia Patosca is an incredibly resilient girl from a large family in Chadir-Lunga (Moldova).<\/p>\n
We and she have gone through a long and difficult journey together: They raised funds for two complex operations<\/strong> at the Children\u2019s Hospital Moyamoya Center in Zurich, by Professor Nadia Khan. Thanks to your incredible support, Salomea has received that very chance for a healthy future.<\/p>\n The dynamics after both operations were amazing! The seizures completely disappeared, the girl returned to school, happily helps her mother with household chores and takes care of her younger sister, she smiles again and lives a full life.<\/p>\n To verify the results of the treatment and assess how the body recovers after such serious interventions, Salomi needed to undergo a scheduled post-operative examination.<\/p>\n On August 25, 2026, Salomya underwent an examination at the Myamoya children's center in Zurich. The results exceeded all expectations!<\/strong><\/p>\n The doctors examined how the stents work, how the body repairs the blood vessels, whether the brain has sufficient blood flow, and assessed the condition of the only vessel that had not been operated on. It turned out that the body had built many new blood vessels on its own, the blood circulation had improved significantly, and the only vessel that had not been operated on remained healthy\u2014the disease had not affected it.<\/p>\n The seizures that bothered the girl before treatment have completely stopped. Her legs no longer tingle, and she no longer falls. Salomia has become much more active, and she finds it easier to concentrate at school.<\/p>\n The professor was very satisfied with the results.
