Friends, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in Israel, only fully vaccinated foreign tourists against coronavirus are allowed to enter the country. In order to obtain an entry permit, Dima Mukhlyakov's mother needs to undergo a course of vaccination, after which she will immediately be able to go with her son for treatment.
We hope that September will finally bring that long-awaited meeting between the boy and the doctors whose help he so badly needs.
