On June 20, 2024, Dr. Rohkind performed the surgery flawlessly at the clinic Assuta and freed the girl's spinal cord from roots, lipoma and abnormal tissue. According to the results of neuromonitoring after the treatment, the girl has impulses where there were none before. Now Safiya is gradually recovering.
