Friends, we share with you the happy news of Dasha Kudrina. The girl has a rare diagnosis: genetic PHACE syndrome. Because of it Dasha has already had a stroke, after which she underwent a very complicated treatment in Children's hospital Moyamoya Center (Zurich, Switzerland), which consisted of several stages. At a time when Dasha needed to get in for a vital routine check-up and meet Dr. Khan again, you lent a helping hand. Last week, Dasha underwent a checkup. Her mom shared the results with us:
«Dashulya and I have already reached home. The comprehensive examination in my center in Zurich was a success. Thank you very much to your foundation for this opportunity. I would like to share our results: Dasha is doing well. The vessels have somehow reorganized, «grown», many collaterals (blood flow bypasses) have been formed both in the head and in the neck! On the heart side too, everything is good for the time being. But Dasha is growing and in the future we will have to lengthen and widen the stents. We stay in touch with our Swiss doctors. Thank you with all my heart to everyone who has helped Dasha.
