Danial was born on his due date, and the labor was without complications. But already in the delivery room, the midwives noticed a soft tissue deformity in the lumbar region.

The doctor told the parents that most likely the child would not walk. But the parents did not give up and were actively engaged in Danial's health. After swimming lessons, the baby successfully walked at 11 months!

Next, the boy was given constant massage courses, electrophoresis and electrostimulation procedures, injections and physical therapy. Thanks to active work, Danial could not only walk, but also actively run, jump, ride a bicycle, which delighted his parents. However, despite all efforts, the boy was very lame because of the lag in the development of the left leg: the foot was shorter by almost a centimeter, and the muscles were weaker. There were problems with the urinary system. All this was a consequence of a spinal hernia.

The collection was done together with the parents. Thanks to your support we managed to raise 13,849 € for the treatment in Israel. The operation was successful in 2019!

Parents' appreciation

Let me express my great gratitude to the Charitable Foundation for Children Together Forever for their help in raising funds for the neurosurgery of my son, Danial Rakhimgaliev, at the Assuta Clinic in Israel.

As planned, the surgery took place on August 16 and lasted 6.5 hours. Technically, the spinal cord was reconstructed. The operation was successful - the professor and his team did their best.

Now my son is feeling good, we see improvements in blood circulation in the legs, the feet are warm, the child is recovering quickly, which makes us very happy.

We approached your foundation and were very pleased to receive approval for the fundraiser. It is important to note the personal and respectful attitude of the Foundation's staff. When applying for financial assistance, one feels insecure - it is always uncomfortable to ask, there is anxiety about the upcoming surgery and the choice of clinic. But the responsive and prompt answers of the Foundation's staff gave us confidence in our actions.
