Vanya is a long-awaited child in a loving family. Mom's pregnancy was not easy, so when she heard: «Your baby is healthy», it became the happiest moment in her life. But already in the first months of life there was anxiety: the baby did not react to sounds, did not see well, did not babble. His development was not the same as in healthy children.

After two years of examinations, doctors diagnosed Stickler syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects hearing, vision and the musculoskeletal system. Over the 10 years of his life, Vanya developed many complications, but despite all the difficulties, the boy retained his intelligence and absolute musical hearing.

In 2024, Vanya entered the Gnesin school. Gnessin School. He enjoys playing the piano very much, and participates in report concerts. Teachers say that music is his gift.

To prevent the disease from progressing, Vanya needs regular rehabilitation courses. The classes at the Evexia Center (Greece) are particularly helpful, as they improve his gait, reduce nervous tics, and strengthen his muscular frame.

Thanks to your kind hearts we were able to raise the necessary amount. From July 29 to August 29, 2025, Vanya underwent a rehabilitation course in the Evexia center (Greece). It became much easier for Vanechka to move - his legs have become stronger, his feet stand straighter, his gait has become more confident. Vanya's general well-being became much better. A month after rehabilitation he did not complain about pain in his knees and joints. We sincerely hope that the achieved results will last for a long time. Vanya's parents will support them with physical therapy and swimming pool.
