Muslim
Tanat
Thanks to our donors on July 5, 2024 Muslim Tanat was able to receive treatment from Prof. Shimon Rohkind at the Assuta Clinic in Israel. The operation was successful, but the boy needed help again.
Almost immediately after birth, Muslim was diagnosed with a genital development disorder and was diagnosed with hypospadias. Hypospadias is a congenital anomaly - a displacement of the urethral opening. It can lead to the inability to urinate normally and infertility in the future, but these problems can be avoided with surgical intervention.
While at the ASSUTA clinic, Muslim came to see one of the best urosurgeons, Prof. Ben Haim. He has been successfully performing surgeries for congenital malformations of the genitourinary system for more than 15 years. The doctor confirmed the boy's diagnosis and suggested surgical correction of hypospadias. This method of treatment was significantly different from the one offered to Muslim by doctors in Kazakhstan.
Thanks to your help we were able to raise the necessary funds for Muslim's treatment in time.
On November 29, 2024 in Israel, Professor Ben Haim successfully performed surgery on the boy. Now he will be able to fully develop physically and feel confident among his peers. The operation helped to relieve Muslim of his urinary pain and gave him a chance for full physical development.
Thank you that together with us you give children a chance for a happy childhood and a full future!
