Together Forever's purple elephant was in the hands of Muhammadayuba before his important treatment. This is our first patient to whom we gave an elephant on the eve of surgery.
A small symbol of our great friendship and a reminder: even if we are separated by cities and countries, we are there for each other.
And today we can share the happy news: Muhammadayub's surgery was successful. Dr. Nahum Simanovski performed a complex treatment on the boy to repair the hip joint: he lengthened the Achilles tendons on both sides and applied fiberglass casts to securely fix the legs. The boy is now recovering and we wish him strength and health.
We are grateful to everyone who participated in this important fundraiser. In support of Muhammadayub, we held workshops at Cyberness Market Kolla, sent newsletters and made publications asking for help for the boy. Together with you, we were able to do a good deed that changed the child's life for the better forever.
